You may notice we always refer to our employees as "OFFICER.¡±
They are not referred to as the only guard because we feel they
deserve the respect they have earned by their diligence to Prime
Security employs officers who exhibit a professional attitude, good
work habits, trustworthiness and dependable.
Officers go through a rigid employee screening process that involves
finger printing, interviews with former employers and personal references
including BC security license and a criminal background check.
Prime Security¡¯s one of main company spirits is multiculturalism which
means our officers have various nationalism and language.
HIGHEST LEVEL OF TRAINING
Our officers are tested by our training coordinators, to insure the highest possible level of knowledge and professionalism.
As the law and security techniques are ever changing, we evolve our training program to be the best. Our officers must be
the best in the industry, so that we may assure our clients that they are being serviced by the best. Most recruits are
required to complete licensed training program from a BC Security Programs under private Investigators & Security
Agency Act and supervisors required to have martial art training or military service or police experience or similar.
